Refund & Return Policy
At Nowmainn, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
* The request must be made within 100 days of delivery.
* The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
* You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (intimate apparel, beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
2. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
* Step 1: Contact us first at nowmainncontact@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
* Step 2: If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
* Step 3: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
You (the customer) will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please see Section 6.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at nowmainncontact@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
In these cases (defective, damaged, or incorrect items), Nowmainn will cover the cost of the return shipping.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
